I agree with your "issue". Another pet peeve of mine is the definition of "bear mkt" being one that is down 20+% from it's peak....as if 19.5% isn't a bear mkt. What a bunch of hog shit.

Yeah, shockingly, you, me and John Chambers (?!) all agree on this. In this day and age, we should be able to get accurate assessments of this stuff in more timely intervals, ie, monthly. Of course, if they're gonna appoint the BLS to the task, I'd just as soon keep using a ouija board....<NG>

Agreed Dr. J. Pretty funny, let's face it, as long as there is money to spend, it will go into the market. I don't know where it's coming from but think it will dry up sooner or later. I've been buying DOWn pooots on each rally but am keeping the possible "dead summer" scenario on the back burner. If we don't see anything bid down over the next few weeks I may give up for now.
