Technical analysis shows the narrowing of the trading range. In market makers' eyes, it meant shorts are covered and maybe slightly oversold. Maintaining at this level for a while longer, we will see a nice move coming(a breakout).

This is based on fundamental performance, besides next larger dividend is not far away.
