allan,
he may be using the first pullback off the apr 4 lows to define the line rather than the second big pullback. you can't have the line on both...for it to be 2100 it has to be on the second. for 2070 the first and does not touch the 2nd. there may be a rule that it should be the second. ? personally i draw both. of which neither are reached yet.
