Ted,

Kurlak was the Intel axe for many years, going back at least seven years. In his prime, he had power, he would downgrade and it meant that Intel would tank for weeks, if not months. Now, it seems like a downgrade will make a stock go down more, but they rebound faster. As an example, it seems like Osha's downgrade had a shelf life of about 36 hours.

I prefer it this way, but I still resent Kurlak, because he was wrong far more often than he was right. In the long run I guess these guys don't make much difference.
