Dear scum, what design of anything have you ever been the principle author. scum what you cannot comprehend is that being an expert on how to cut down a tree in no way shape or form give anyone any expertise in building a house. In some rare cases not even a dog house. It matters not how many trees or how fast one can cut them down. Also having identified an individual who believes he is an expert in home building because he know or thinks he knows all there is to know about cutting down a tree, I'd ask a sanitation engineer first for advice on cutting down a tree.
