Hi Bill - yes JDS is actually going to be clever about it. They will release an amended filing. So J6P will never really see the press release and go "geez, what's that sound of a billion toilets flushing". Everyone will have flapped their gums and factored it into the stock, and life will go on. That's one nice thing about pooling. Nobody will hear the flushing of goodwill being written off because it was never written on in the first place. John.
