Stephen ... I would not get long here either. I still believe the basement button has been pushed. Plenty of excuses out there to hit the down button. But ... and this is a big but ... if we keep moving sideways (as we have done pretty much since the rate cut), then the big sharks are circling the pits, closing in on the locals, and the locals will start to realize they are being netted (forgive the pun). When (and if) that realization hits (and it will take another week or so of sideways action) ... then the market could rocket higher. I do NOT expect this. But I did not expect all this sideways junk since the Greenie bar, either. But I am not long here. I may get long, but not here. I would rather relax on the sidelines and watch.
