Hi jay: you are right on the revenue side.

My nostrils twitching towards the cost side.

Here's what they smell: when the company was acquired via pooling prior year's results were restated: prior revenues added, prior costs subtracted. When the evaporator is turned on, will the results be unpooled? Unrestated? I doubt it.

So going forward they will do without the revenue (oh darn), but also the cost (gee, this might even be bigger than the revenue)... thus doing without a negative. For an apparent gain.

I am beginning to think that making any unravelling of the books this quarter will be impossible.
