"he only needed cocktail napkins to sketch his ideas" That's right. Napkins are the main tools to design an interface with good signal integrity. Actually, my post was mainly my contribution to FUD. However, the ice behind the "free time", "own PCs", "napkins", etc. is fairly thin. The "free time" of an exempt employee is a very fuzzy notion. Same for professors. Having being around, I know - they all are stealing, formally. It is just impossible to proof, as you perfectly explained. I was just objecting the rank of crystal honesty raised in the testimony of Scott Maxwell. Best, - Ali
