Thanks to you and PW for the advise. And you're right... it's WinDoctor I was referring to. I think you're right... this doctor, that doctor, here a doctor, there a doctor. With all the HMOs, the "doctors" have to go somewhere, so why not to Norton <VBG>.

My concern with deleting the registry entry manually in "WinDoctor" is I don't know what else it will do since I don't know what in Norton it's referring to. Perhaps the best thing is just to ignore it even though it says it's a "medium" problem. Regarding "Registry Sweep", has it ever given you problems after you ran it? I had this problem about 6-9 months ago, and the Symantec support site gave me the answer that corrected it... but how do I find it now?
