Very confusing and I have to read it a few more times to figure out exactly who stands for what. The above comment popped out at me as it seems to be a common perception of pro-regulation crowd to bring EVERYONE to the lowest common denominator via regulation. Heaven forbid if a profit is the goal in America. Dammed those companies that actually make a profit! -MikeM(From Florida)
