Yes, it is possible. BTW that 2/3 guideline is just that, a guideline.

If the "b" is done than we have some nice down ahead of us in the short-term and my other indicators are not telling me that will happen unless the C is shallow. We need to correct up a bit more or at least mark some time at this level. All IMO of course.
