AMEN!!! These so called "analysts" should be legally required to state the following disclaimer every time they change their ratings on individual securities: "WARNING: Our security analyst's recommendations often lag actual market performance horribly. In fact these recommendations usually come much to late for the small investor to profit from. Additionally, many if not most recommendations simply follow herd mentality and are at least partially politically motivated. Therefore BUYER BEWARE!" =:-}
