HAL did beat, and pretty impressive numbers will throw up my osx portfolio in a bit. XOXO had to face a dilemma, and they choose the lessor of two evils. This WILL dilute the share holders ownership, but admittedly keeps them out of hot water for at least 2 years. HOWEVER, the lack of future spending (2 Billion reported) is a winfall the telcoms were counting on. There WILL be some fall outs from this announcement. Dog time, back before open..
