Dear scum, you really don't see yourself as straining a nat and swallowing a camel. There is a treaty, President Bush stated what a defense treaty means. The treaty has not changed and thus US policy had not changed. The a=b=c of the above seems clear to me. But scum you find this confusing and have to go to some UK dude to tell you how to think.
