Prices look low on that map for Indianapolis, but they have been fluctuating pretty fast so it might be possible to have come up with a 1.49 average depending on how and when it was calculated. I would say current average price here is $1.64. I drive across town every day so I get a pretty good sampling. The current price is equal to the highs of last fall though we had a gas tax moratorium then and don't have one now. Funny that it seems to be getting far less press now then it did last fall. Maybe it is becoming old hat?
