Max: AMD is using the same 248nm scanners for .13µ.

I've read Hans' comments on the matter, but I seem to recall a later article somewhere claiming that although that was AMD's goal, they were experiencing problems with it and were ordering in .13&#181m equipment for at least some of process (maybe a layer or two?).
