What would you say if they sent it back for a new trial by a different judge and Microsoft was again found to have violated the law? Would they still be innocent in your mind?

Are you saying, that if they overturn Jackson, Microsoft is still guilty?

Please go back and reread the comments you're getting all hot about. In that email, I didn't offer any opinion whatsoever as to whether Microsoft is guilty. No, here, I'll make it easier for you and quote myself: "Whether or not his verdict is overturned or remanded, Jackson DID find them guilty." I didn't say they would still be guilty; I said that Jackson found them guilty. Can you really not see the difference between those two assertions?
