ASTN reads this board...

ASTN should realize by now that the moment they resort to the courts to shut someone up they incur the wrath not just of people like us who once we smell a rat will keep looking until we find it, but of free speech advocates as well. In other words, IMO, they just made a big big mistake.

Mary I can't imagine that the Pennsylvania State Court has jurisdiction over your "person". Absent your "minimum contacts" with the state, you can move to dismiss. I will be happy to contact a member of the Penn. ATLA to see if they will assist you.
