Are perhaps implying I should have been, ummm, rubbed out by now? (g) Actually, I liken myself to the guy who spots the iceberg. I leave what lies beneath the surface, which is most of it, to the proper authorities. For example, in checking into LVEN (since shut down by the SEC), we found out that one of the "money men", Alvin Tang, had been sued in AZ for millions (which is no chump change) for what looked like a similar financing charade. Turns out he was just a bit player in a $52 million ponzi scheme (see: siliconinvestor.com. Who knew?

In case the mob is also reading this board (ha ha), I consider myself retired from active duty and although I do try to keep up on the latest and greatest (potential) scams, I haven't done any serious investigation on my own since CCCX last summer, and that was more by accident than design. I spend all my free time now trying to solve the murder of Yale student Suzanne Jovin (see: siliconinvestor.com. BTW, the only guy named as a suspect (whose life has been ruined because of it even though he is completely innocent) is on active reserve for, you guessed it, the Navy!
