Hi Mark,

Just a quick note to explain my not replying to you or TC last week. We had kind of a family emergency with my wife's 91 year old mother and the last 5 days or so have been hectic to say the least!

I have not looked much further on the BackWeb situation beyond what you already know...ie.Real Player could be the culprit. I did find a program called Data Life Guard which I find was installed when I added a second hard drive back in Jan. I used their install disk at the time (forget the reason) and this seems to have BackWeb connected to it. The file creation dates also are about the same. There is an uninstall for this in the add/remove section of control panel, but I figure maybe I should contact Western Digital and find out what this program is doing if anything. Might have to take the da*n thing out to get the serial number and model. No rest for the weary! :)

Going to be short on time for the next few days but will get back and let you know what, if anything I find out. Thanks to all.

Best, Bob
