It's true that HOMS is high-priced, but it has been high-priced from its inception and and now it's starting to make a little money.

Being over-valued has definitely not kept this puppy down--ever.

MSFT can't give HOMS a better run for its money, because MSFT doesn't get the listings for free from local associations of Realtors.

I think people forget (and the shorts don't know) that the content of HOMS (i.e., home listings) is unique, is a dynamic ever-changing database of information. The pipeline that feeds the content to Homestore can't be duplicated and probably is virtually a no-fail proposition businesswise.
