Sagawa siad: that capex will be 20% down this year and down another 5% in 2002. He forgot that he said only 15% growth in 2001 at fall and week economy help him to talk it dawn further. He think it is entire cyclical (LOL). He thinks CSCO will do better in 2002, b/c enterprise will pick up, but carrier will do not, and this part is nonsence. If corporate traffic will expand so do carriers. and now: he recommends Lucent and does not like NT the same BS. ZO
