You obviously haven't been listening to anything for the last 8 years. "Bi-partisan" as defined by the Clinton/Gore Nazis and their lapdogs in the media, means "liberal". It is the main hook by which the media campaigns against Republicans while still trying to pretend to be free and unbiased.

To paraphrase an old Clinton/Gore Nazi role model, Hermann Goering: "Every time I hear one of these people use the word 'bi-partisan', I reach for my Lugar."

The term "bipartisan" is basically meaningless. A "bipartisan" vote only means that some from each party voted for something and your side won. If your side lost, it was a "partisan" vote
