Mobile P3 (initials MP3, ha ha ... er, nevermind) has typical power consumption of 24.8W at 1 GHz. Voltage is 1.7V at that speed. SpeedStep that down to 700 MHz, and the voltage comes down to 1.35V and typical power consumption comes down to 11.2W.
