MZ is right about M & A. If (eg) INCY wants to get into drug development, why don't they just buy MCDE and a couple of others ? At current valuations, it might not even matter if it's hostile.... nig

Sprang into action!! Damn "time out for inactivity" at my broker got me. By the time that I had logged back in, the shares were gone. Placed an order at 2.32, but someone moved ahead of me to 2.33. Moved it to 2.34, and someone bid 2.49. Just canceled my order. So, to address your concern...... no, the seller was finished contemporary with the release. No way that he/she could have been selling into the news. OTOH, *the* seller seems determined to close the doors. Sad story, very sad story. So...... Aurora shoves a target into "big biology". Non-exclusive. Any upfront was probably good to cover postage for the frozen clone. Back-end is probably decent. Guesses, given that it's non-exclusive? I'll take 5%. I really want to see Rurka vindicated some day. Sooner would be better than later.
