Hi Scott: Yes sir, RR clan doing fine. Just came in from outside. Taking some quiet pondering moments with the family at sunset in fact. Beautiful evening. Mild temp, low humidity. Youngest son is a fish. We uncovered the pool last week and he's been swimming already. He was out there just then and that water is like ice water. Don't know how he does it. My oldest was throwing water bombs at him and then they turned on da Mom and Dad. I had to remind them that I believe in getting even, even if it takes a long time, and that it was going to be a long summer. Ha! Our whiperwill is back and he started singing at the regular 8:10-8:15 time this evening. A bat was circling our heads and we could her geese honking at tree top level flying over the house going to a lake down below us in the hollow. As we were coming in, we saw our big hoot owl take his perch on a huge tree beside the house. I can go out when I'm feeding the coons, hoot at him, and he will hoot back at me. I'll fire up the ole Massey Ferguson this weekend and see if that baby fires after the winter. Grass is getting tall already. We have about 15 acres of strawberries up and almost ready for picking. Taste great. Will have about 3 acres of peaches later. Wonderful evening. The sounds, the scene, the family, the moment. Life is great. I'm blessed. Have fun in Portland! Sounds like ya'll are going to have a super weekend. Bet it will be beautiful in full bloom. Great on selling the condo project. Man, everything you do turns to money. Yeah, the ole Naz. Playing the QQQ options. I often wonder why I don't just go back to doing that all the time like I use to with several indexes and futures, instead of spending the time focusing on single companies. Actually, I think doing indexes is simple once one learns a system that works for them. The rest is easy if you stay with your plan and execute. Discipline. Anyway, I'm happy for your success. Sounds like your plan is working, both your life plan and investment plan. Congratulations. Hard work is rewarding and you are deserving. Take care on the trip and be safe.
