Any thoughts on RPP - Stonehaven? Recent news announced they are paying .47 dividend and the stock is only trading at 1.42.

Bob,
I like the prospects of another 3-10% gain for all the stocks that you mentioned, especially EOP after SPK blew the socks off of estimates. If REITs run to new highs, which looks likely, they could run further.

Lundens,
RPP was at 1.00 when they announced the dividend, so buying now is very risky. It seems that they lost a lot of money in the last few years, so I am avoiding it.
