TSM (semiconductor) saying we are near a bottom. Has numbers to back it up. company chairman Morris Chang said April's new orders on the books exceeded billings for sales for the first time since October, and he stuck to a forecast that business would begin improving in the second half of the year. Think Jonathan Joseph of SSB was right in picking the bottom in the sector after having picked the top last year. I think others will come around to his opinion soon--just like last year. biz.yahoo.com
