Electric cars should start in Illinois. We have 11 nuke plants. More than California. More than the 29 lowest states combined. We have electricity, and store the waste in California.

I doubt it. There's no indication that the Hive ever learns anything from the real world. I suspect they are busy striking down applications for new power plants right this minute.
