I think the way the money gets created is that someone borrows money to buy a security, and then the seller transfers the proceeds to a money market account. Greenspan is making credit so easy that securities can be liquidated. In effect, he is monetizing the stock market. Now there's a new economic concept, if I do say so.

I guess what happens next depends on where that money goes. Maybe into real estate--with cheap mortgages.
