Bob:

I believe AG does not fully understand that most of the productivity gains in the last ten years have come from IT, and in the next ten will come from communication and IT convergence. Consequently, there will, IMHO, be a decrease in productivity due to the burst of the bubble, and the damage it has done, and continues to do, to the telecomm industry. I hope not, but let's see.
