Clinton had the smallest spending increases of any modern President. This pattern occured under the Dem Congress and the Rep Congress.

Calling Clinton a tax and spender flies in the face of the facts.

The unfortunate bain of all "New" Dems. I don't see any brighter future for this faction than we saw for the Rockefeller/Brooke Republicans in the 60's...
