Actually, I think you can rest assured that François pocketed a healthy profit from SEVU, although I don't think his method qualifies as investment or stock speculation. Folks like François don't lose money on the stocks they promote. They know better than most everyone what kind of garbage the stocks they promote are, they just have no ethics or conscience.
