PS me...in keeping with previous AXC surges and declines ....I would guess the critical level that has to hold for new short term highs to be reachable in the near or semi near future would be 45 cents. But at these prices and potential volatility, I do not think that 27% decline rule can be trusted. One really good piece of financial news could shatter it to smithereens.

Totally agree, Hal. Management and Board will absolutely sink or swim with the rest of us. And totally agree, the best way to cherry pick for the benefit of management versus outside shareholders is the LBO. OR what many unethical managements do and that is take salaries and bonuses far in excess of what is appropriate. That is just not the case here.
