Actually, fairly routine...

Option 1. extend the maturity 30 or 60 days to coincide with the settlement of ADS sale
Option 2. ADS sale not going to happen soon.Maybe year end. So do the Lease Sale back on ADS assets that was disclosed in the 3Q 10Q as plan B. The exhibit for the terms of this deal was filed with the 10Q and the 10K.
The same holders of the bridge loan will roll it into the sale leaseback.

Also, happening in tandem with the ADS sale is the possible sale of a minority stake in iNextv to a stratagic partner. Maybe Yahoo or Qwest etc. The potential investors, in my opinion, would be broadband providers, broadband equipment manuf. ie INTC< CSCO or Distributors like Yahoo, AOL etc.
This, in my opinion, happens with or without the ADS sale.
