I think that somebody knows that the result of the appeals court is going to come out TODAY. Either it is unfavorable or someone wants to buy the dip. This rumor of a pushout by 2 months should not drive down the price imho.

XP is key to jumpstarting consumer PC demand as it should represent a monster upgrade cycle for the industry. I personally will be looking to buy at least 2 Pentium 4 XP machines this Fall and have been telling associates that unless they are desperate they should wait on any upgrade until XP is available. INTC and the PC boxmakers really don't want to see XP miss the Christmas selling season this year.
