Thats simply wrong, don. Inextv is already segregated from other liabilities. Please understand that Ampex is set up as a holding company. iNextv is a wholly owned subsidiary as is ADS. The 12% notes are debt of the holding company. The bridge loan is direct debt of ADS(read the Q). Inextv has no debt. So a strategic can make a direct investment in iNextv. There is no reason for it to hinge upon what happens to ADS.

Now from the Holding Companys standpoint: cash flow at ADS services the bridge loan; royalty income services the holding company debt plus iNextv capital requirements. At some point, they, Holding, need to sell ADS to pay off debt in 2003 or if able to hit public markets for equity financing then.
