Well well, finally lucked out ... notice that it was week 13, lol ... i owe russett for ido.v, he reminded me of it right after New Year's just before it had its first tentative spike to 1.90 there ... i'd lost it from the shortlist after following the thing all last year ... can't think of a more prospective claim on the planet that's getting drilled starting this Monday

qbx.v - so little traded last week that it's hard to make anything of the chart, imho [CC buying 1k from Dundee with twelve minutes to go, i mean you have to ask yourself why, lol] ... but its periods of low volume are followed at irregular intervals by days of high volume, and it's been a while now since we've seen one ... just playing the odds here, because imho when it sees volume it will head north ... certainly has the value behind it ... here are four of their publicly-traded positions - ca.finance.yahoo.com

gni.v - 4.8m shs at 2.00 = 9.6m
uph.v - 1.74m shs at 4.60 = 8m
ema.amex - 657k at 4.20US = 4.1m [using 1.5xUS]
negy.otc-bb - 3m at 0.86US = 3.9m

So there's 25.6m there, plus they have a gas gathering system worth ~5m, 2m of their own shares not returned to treasury, a whole whack of cash [not sure exactly how much, but near market cap], some dot.bomb paper, other odds and ends ... roughly 40m shares out - cdnx.com
... so at ~0.50 the each, market cap is ~20mCdn ... here's an excerpt from the stockwatch release of 12 March -

'The company has purchased the two million shares originally announced,
leaving 1,336,000 shares to be purchased under the amended bid. Purchases will
continue until Cubix has acquired the target number of shares, or May 9, 2001,
whichever is the earlier. All purchases will be made in open market transactions
through the facilities of the Canadian Venture Exchange.
'

So 9 May is the Wednesday after next ... could be significant, or on the other hand maybe not ... but this was my reasoning anyway .... more here - #reply-15473223 ... cheers all, have a great weekend
