That doesn't mean that people outside that organization's culture should be expected to ratify what they consider evil. They should respond according to their own moral compass. I think that is precisely what Chris is saying we must do: Because MT was living up to the highest expectations of the Church, the rest of us owe her homage. And my point is precisely what you said: That we do not because by our moral compasses what she was doing was evil: denying knowledge and drugs for birth control to people who very badly needed it.
