Kash,

Thanks for explaining scribe lines as being included within die size measurement. With a 100-150 micron cutting width... do you need to provide a little perimeter of clear space on the die or does the equipment provide for extremely consistent alignment? I would imagine a little of the former (particularly relative to chipping off a corner with a heatsink) and a lot of the latter.
