Don't know if Colin said what is attributed to him, since I don't follow his career that much. But if he said it, he is incorrect, and probably knows that himself. Generals often make serious gaffes when they try to be politicians. I think Colin is going to be a very good Secretary of State, but he'd fall on his ass running for office...
