And that was exactly my point...if the stock is overvalued, the market will take care of that...but the bashing about little things such as what HOMS charges agents to participate in the website during the marketing of their listings....is getting very humorous. I did really get a kick out of that clandestine "undercover" interview with a HOMS customer service rep.

The funniest thing was when the caller asked the HOMS rep why he would pay any money to have his name attached to a home listing that was automatically going to appear on Homestore.com anyway......well, my simple answer would be: so he could sell his listing instead of giving the sale away to any old agent who happened to pick up the office phone line. This is sort of like what traders do in the stock market....Realtors like to make money, instead of giving it away.

But again, what do I know?
