CB, I was getting $5 a lawn. Considering Greenspan's been on the job a long time, and there's never been an inflation sighting, ask your son how 5 bucks sounds -g-

>>How much do you think he should charge to mow and weedwhack a 1/4 acre lot? <<

Inflation INflation!!! When I was a kid, I charged 50 cents for a "normal" lawn and a buck for a larger one in my neighborhood. There was an old lady that had a huge lawn that took half a day to do and we teamed up and charged 5 bucks. Of course I am showing my age. -NG-

I have a modest lawn now and when I had my knee surgery, it cost me 15 bucks per cutting to have a kid cut it for a few weeks. The other kids wanted 20. Anyway, that is the rate here in Idaho. This did not include edging, trimming etc. Just mowing. I told my wife, I might start cutting grass again at those rates. <ggg>

Good Luck,

Lee
