Ed,Hal...I think we have already got a defacto spinoff of iNextv. Think about the present situation. ADS to be sold and carried as assets for sale, micronet gone etc etc. Once ADS sold, debt paid down by 30 million, 20 million remains to fund Inextv...Ampex will consist of INEXTV with royalty stream folded in. When ADS sold we have our spinoff in hand already
