it sure looks like it will turn into a high...that would be the least expected outcome, as evidenced by collapsing p/c ratios, and the widespread expectation that the market will follow the usual routine into the FOMC meeting. not to mention Al Goldman pontificating about the 'bear being dead'...he forgot to mention that he was never, not even for one second, negative on the market during the entire decline...Acampora, the lone bearish WS 'elf' also turned bullish today.
