I had bought this stock at 4 prior to the last big run up and sold for a handsome profit. I now own just a few shares and will accumulate below 3 for another future run up. I think this company will do all right when this market stabilizes.
Lots of luck in your investments,
Chisy

David, they had a $5 million cash burn in the last quarter. The quarter was atrocious for the entire comm industry, not just GEMS. They have $80 million cash. They can last a long long time at this cash burn rate (4 years to be exact.) I expect that their restructuring will reduce their expenses and keep the cash burn at or below 1stQ rate. Their future location products sound very promising. Insiders own a good chunk of the company and have a great incentive to succeed. What makes you think they are headed for Chapter 11?

I am considering buying some here, and need all the info I can get before pulling the trigger.
