It's a stock option agreement which is tied to a certain contractual obligation under an option agreement for some mining claims. The original agreement was two pages and right now we must be past 10 boxes full of material.

We were supposed to be at trial this spring but we found some documents (their documents) that were not disclosed. When we disclosed their documents they demanded to discover me again.

My lawyer has never lost a jury trial yet. One time he had a revenue agent balling on the stand for pain caused to a farm client, he then started reading from Dickens and had the jury weeping. I attended a couple of jury trials to help myself prepare. It's the pace and rhythm that surprised me, it is much slower than one imagines.

"tell the truth, tell the jury what you want, tell the judge to tell the jury to put a ribbon around it."
