Well I see the power problem of California as a real economic disaster for the state over time. The state is going to put put 15 billion to pay down consumers electric bills over the year. 54 million a day. The stand bonds just got downgraded and that will mean the state pays millions more in interest on the 10 plus billion in bonds.

There is still a major shortage of capacity for the summer so there will be blackouts.

Companies may rethink where they locate new plants and even relocate plants over time as California does not have a clue as to how to solve the problem and the gov out their appears to have been elected to his level of incompetence.
