Eric-
I liquidated my CPN when the California Legislature started to get very rabid with "excess profits", felony status with respect to alleged market manipulation, the Governor's secret actions, the PG&E actions, and the fact that the Democrats totally control Sacramento. The money is running out fast and the crap is going to hit the fan because it looks like the State will not be able to float the repayment bonds, or even get a "bridge loan". I am out of any California electric energy generation and am concentrating on Nuclear and gas refiners.

I hope I am wrong on my concerns about the California electric generation market.
